The P90X program should not need any introduction. It is one of the most exciting fitness programs around. Tony Horton’s training program can get you fit and strong in a very short period of time if you stick with it. You are going to need some of these products to keep up with the workouts though:
ProSource Heavy-Duty Chin-Up/Pull-Up Bar: a portable all-in-one pull-up/chin-up bar with multiple grip positions. It is pretty affordable and offers weight limit of 300 pounds.
Tony Horton’s PowerStands: provides you with intense push-ups. It has an ergonomic design and is quite tough too.
P90X Chin-up Max: this provides you with some assistance with your pull-ups. It offsets some of your weight so you can do pull-ups and chin-ups easier. You won’t need another person to provide you with assistance.
Resistance Exercise Band Set: you are going to need one of these to complete resistance training sessions in this program. This kit offers 5 different levels of resistance.
Harbinger Durafoam Exercise Mat: this is a pretty decent exercises mat that lets you workout in a safe environment at home. It is moisture-resistant too.
There are plenty of other products you can pick up to help you with the P90X exercises (you could always purchase a bundle and save time). The above products are a good place to start your research though.
